PAGE VIEW DETAILS FOR HOSTED SITES
Page View Equivalents for Hosted Sites are calculated per month as
follows:
** a static page is a page served from files outside the Webcrossing database (files in your html folder). Graphic images are cached and are typically served just one time per browser session.
- Each dynamic page served*: 1 page view
- Each static page, graphic,** or NNTP message served: 1/10th page view plus 1 page view per 50K
- Each mail message served: 1/10th page view
- Each enclosure served: 1 page view per 50K
- Each chat message served: 1/100th page view
- Each inbound XML-RPC request*: 1 page view
- Each outbound XML-RPC request: (not counted)

REFUND POLICY
Hosting:
Initial hosting setup fee/deposit is nonrefundable.
If you prepay and then require a refund, we'll figure your fees as if no discount/promotion were in place, and refund the balance minus $100 administration fee.
Priority Support:
There is a six month cancellation penalty. For reinstatements, customer will be charged from the previous priority support termination date (or purchase date if priority support was never purchased).
Licenses:
100% refunds within 30 days. 50% refund on returns from 31 - 60 days and no refunds thereafter.
